Our Mission.

GameTime Sports Group is a Pro basketball Agency that was founded December 9, 2022 in Atlanta Ga by WNBPA and FIBA certified agent LaMar C. Rice and NBPA Certified agent Chauncey Thompson. GameTime Sports is a full service sports agency that offers client representation, contract negotiations, sports management and sport’s marketing services (NIL). GameTime focuses on the Client career first on and off the court, and treat the client like Family.

Co-CEO LaMar C. Rice

LaMar Rice is a WNBPA and FIBA Certified Agent who started his career as a student in the Athletic Management Program with Sports Management Worldwide. A few months after his completion LaMar became an Agent Advisor for about a year before getting becoming a certified WNBPA and FIBA Agent . Having played basketball up to Junior college, semi-pro in Football, and 4 years of high school baseball at the Varsity level, shows his lifelong experiences, love, and passion for sports. Although within that experience is a host of nagging injuries that halted LaMar’s athletic career, it however did not deter him from giving back to the younger generation. At the age of 22, LaMar started coaching basketball and baseball at the middle school and high school level in his hometown Trenton, NJ which flourished into providing a basketball training camp called “Camp Xtreme Basketball” for the next two years. LaMar coached middle school and High school Basketball from for 3 years, which ultimately lead LaMar to becoming an agent advisor at the Age of 29. At the age of 31 LaMar became WNBPA certified and a few months later becoming FIBA certified.

Co-CEO Chauncey Thompson

Chauncey Thompson is a certified NBA sports agent, who was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Chauncey loved the game of basketball, so much so, that he trained and worked hard to become an accomplished collegiate basketball athlete at the University of Montevallo.During Chauncey’s basketball venture with the University of Montevallo, he was blessed to be amongst the team that delivered the University’s first ever appearance in a Division II National Championship game. With his love for sports and people, Chauncey is ready and determined to deliver the highest level of integrity as a result oriented agent. He looks forward to building familiar relationships with his clients, while making sure to provide the upmost quality professionalism, team work, communication, dependability, financial stability pre and post career with a focus on frugality, and above all, loyalty.

Agent Advisor Tamdra Lawrence

Tamdra earned her Sport Management masters degree from Georgia Southern University while pursuing a professional career in Track and Field. Before that, she competed as a D1 Track and Field athlete at Murray State University becoming the first women in OVC history to win a 100 meter conference title 4 times. While at Murray she also earned a Political Science bachelors degree. Having ran track since she was 10 years old she always had a love for sports and plans to pursue a career as a sports agent.

Agent Advisor Angelique Cobb

With a wide range of sports internship experiences, Angelique comes to Gametime with plans to pursue a career as an agent certified in a number of sports. She earned a Master of Science in Sport Management from Old Dominion University, and a Bachelors in the same field from the University of Missouri.
Angelique has always had a passion for the business of sports, specifically marketing and athlete representation. She wants to help athletes reach their fullest potential both in and outside of the respective sports and make sure they are being represented reflective of their personal brands.

NIL Agent JP Grace

JP Grace is a NIL agent who graduated from High Point University in 2023 with a degree in sports management. While attending High Point University, he ran cross country and track from his freshman to Junior year. He started his sports career in 2022 for a sports agency called Levelup Sports where he did athlete recruitment for the agency and created athlete profiles for the current clients. After working for Levelup Sports, he moved on to work for ESQ Sports Agency where he assisted the clients of the agency with sponsorship research and marketing strategies. During his senior year at High Point, he worked for Integrity Sports Agency with administrative assistance. He also has experience working for two Division I athletic programs; Wake Forest where he did ticket sales for their athletic department and FAU where he was a part of the athletic department’s marketing team for football.
